Cuskelly upsets Frankcomb in Detroit

New South Wales qualifier Ryan Cuskelly upset fellow Australian Aaron Frankcomb in the first round of the Motor City Open men’s squash tournament in Detroit on Saturday.
Cuskelly won a close first game then ran away with the other two to beat Frankcomb 12-10, 11-3, 11-2.
He now faces a tough second round clash with second seeded Frenchman Thierry Lincou.
Lincou reached the quarter-finals when he beat Sydney’s Scott Arnold, who like Cuskelly had to qualify for the main draw,  in straight games 11-5, 11-3, 11-6.
