Kobayashi too strong for Petrovansky

Japan’s Misaki Kobayashi has proved too strong for top seeded Australian Zoe Petrovansky in the semi-finals of the NSC Classic squash tournament in Kuala Lumpur on Friday.
The experienced Japanese player won a tight first game in a tiebreak and eased away in the other two to win 12-10, 11-4, 11-5.
It is Kobayashi’s second win over Petrovansky in as many meetings and means she goes on to face England’s Lauren Selby in the final.
Selby downed Malaysia’s Pushppa Devi 11-6, 11-7, 10-12, 11-1.
