Marshall into top 100

Maggy Marshall became the latest Australian into the top 100 when the July rankings were issued by the Women’s International Squash Players Association (WISPA).
The 20-year-old from Hobart was up two places to 99 to join eight other Australians in the top 100.
The July rankings are highlighted by career bests from a host of the younger women on the Australian squash scene.
Brisbane’s Zoe Petrovansky (62), and Melbourne duo Sarah Cardwell (80) and Selena Shaikh (135) all celebrated best ever marks.
Malaysia’s Nicol David stayed at number one ahead of Englishwoman Jenny Duncalf, Toowoomba’s Rachael Grinham and England’s Alison Waters
Kasey Brown, from Taree in New South Wales, was at number nine with Yamba’s Donna Urquhart slipping two places to 18.
David Palmer was the highest ranked Australian male player at 10, ahead of fellow New South Welshman Cameron Pilley (16) and Canberra’s Stewart Boswell (17).
New South Wales’s Ryan Cuskelly is now the Australian number four at 43 after Hobart’s Aaron Frankcomb dropped three positions to 44.
Englishman Nick Matthew enjoyed his second month at the top sport, ahead of Egyptian trio Ramy Ashour, Amr Shabana and Karim Darwish.
The biggest mover of all Australians was 19-year-old Queenslander Jamie Mcervale, who leaped 35 places to 261 places on the back of some good performances on the Australian Squash Tour.
