Frenchman gives Palmer the blues at Bluenose

Frenchman Thierry Lincou ended David Palmer’s hopes of defending his Bluenose Classic squash title in Halifax, Nova Scotia when he beat him in four games in the semi-final.
In a battle of former world number ones, Lincou was always in control against his fellow 33-year-old, winning 11-8, 11-5, 2-11, 11-7.
He will now take on fourth seed Daryl Selby of England in the final after Selby upset top seeded countryman Peter Barker 8-11, 15-13, 11-9, 11-5.
