Success for Alexander at Rocky Mountain qualifying

Brisbane's Zac Alexander has qualified for the main draw of the Rocky Mountain Open in Calgary, Canada after a four game win over Pakistan's Khawaja Adil Maqbool on Tuesday.
Alexander beat the Pakistani 11-9, 8-11, 11-1, 11-4 to join Hobart's Aaron Frankcomb in the first round.
But there was disappointment for Wade Johnstone, who fell to top qualifying seed John Rooney in four games 11-5, 11-3, 9-11, 11-3.
