Players at all levels can benefit from coaching, but not all can access it readily around the State.
Within these pages are some helpful tips for squash PLAYERS, PARENTS and TEACHERS looking for information on the basic techniques of squash and beyond.
Also there is information on how to find a an accredited coach and a squash centre near you.

Hill Marks has prepared over 150 squash video clips that cover many aspects of squash. He has very graciously allowed us to have access to his video clips. We have chosen a few of those that cover the more basic aspects of the game . As you progress and for the more experienced players follow the links to the many other video clips available.
