Carrara Squash Centre is pleased to welcome Jonathon Davies and Rod Bannister to its team.

Jonathon is the new Operations Manager of the Centre and brings exceptional experience and reputation to the sport.

Jonathan represented Wales in squash at  junior level and was Number One in the country throughout his junior career.

With numerous Welsh caps and National Championships to his name, Jonathan really understands squash from beginner to elite level and is passionate about helping the sport grow.

Jonathon comes from a successful business background. He was consistently a top sales performer and trainer of new staff at commercial vehicle leasing company in the UK for over four years.

He was also a recruiter for accounting personnel from accounts assistant to CFO roles in New Zealand and worked in business development in recruitment in Brisbane.

Rod joins the team as the Squash Professional. He has enjoyed a highly decorated playing and coaching career in squash.

Rod was a stand-out player in New Zealand where he won seven National Titles across Juniors, Seniors and Masters. He has also represented New Zealand at National level.

Rod has coached in New Zealand, Australia, Trinidad, Namibia, Hong Kong and Germany from beginner to elite level.

Squash Australia Chief Executive Officer Richard Vaughan is thrilled to welcome Jonathon and Rod into their respective roles.
